COVID-19 update: all items are hand steamed and safe to wear. Here's some more information:
Does Steam Really Disinfect? Steam cleaning is capable of killing 99.9% of dust mites, germs and bacteria including such dangerous germs as salmonella, staph bacteria and E. coli. It can also eradicate mold, micro-organisms and viruses around your home for a healthier environment. Water must be heated up to 175 degrees in order to effectively disinfect and sanitize surfaces, and a steam cleaner will heat water to at least 212 degrees to kill all of the above in seconds.

Also, if you're a sanitation worker or part of the janitorial staff at either a hospital or senior care center, please email me! I will be pooling names and sending a small thank you gift to those front line responders during the COVID-19 crisis. We are in this together and I support you!
Show me your TwentyFiveKnits goodies on Instagram and Facebook! Tag @twentyfiveknits or #twentyfiveknits I would love to see how you style your home or hat! Best photo might just win a freebie :)
Every day is Veterans Day to me. I will gladly offer a discount to any service member (Active Duty or Veterans). E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to receive your discount code!
Giving Back For every hat that is sold, I will donate an ultra warm, chunky hand knit hat to a homeless veteran. If I could wave a magic wand and instantly get all our veterans off the streets and into a warm & safe home I would. There is so much work to be done, but for now, I want to start with at least making sure their head won't freeze in the cold winter months.
