At TwentyFiveKnits, we strive to create unique, one of a kind, classic quality knit pieces for you. Each piece is handcrafted and hand knit in the United States. We take great pride in the dedication of the craftsmanship of our work; a skill which has been passed down from previous family generations.
Currently, all items are shipped via USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail and within the domestic United States only. If you prefer a faster shipping speed, please email us in advance to you purchasing so we can make special arrangements using another carrier such as FedEx or UPS *Additional fees may apply. Tracking numbers are always provided once the item is marked 'shipped'. Each item is hand knit and takes a lot of time to ensure it's perfect for you! TwentyFiveKnits is not responsible for and cannot reimburse or refund any orders for packages that are lost.

Each item is made to order. Depending on demand, our items may take anywhere between 1-2 weeks prior to shipping. Please contact us via email should you need an expedited order. *Please allow 2-3 weeks during holiday season
Returns & Exchanges
At TwentyFiveKnits, each piece is hand crafted and made to order in a smoke free and pet free environment. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for any items. If an item is damaged in shipment, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package to report a damaged item. All damaged items must be received back to us no later than 5 business days after notification and in the best condition possible. After receiving the item, a new item will be shipped back to you. If you purchase an item unable to be replicated, a store credit is possible.
